We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in case you are no, we understand.

You can return items purchased through the website within 14 days. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packing.

Just ship the goods back to our warehouse and we will process the return in our system. We cannot afford yet to cover your return shipment, but we will do our very best to transfer the purchasing amount back to your account asap! You’ll receive a confirmation email from our customer service team when all is said and done. We’ll hope to see you back another time!

Broke strap

We are sad to hear that your bag isn’t living up to the quality we promised. Our bags are designed to last but we understand things happen. If you need a new strap, please email us on , we can send you a new one. The costs for a new strap are €3,00 + shipping costs.

Wrong Orders

  • If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please notify us through the return request detailing the issue within the notes section.
  • Once we haved reviewed the problem, our customer service department will contact you with the steps you need to follow in order to make the return without any additional cost to you.
  • SoruKa guarantees the refund or exchange of any defective product if you advise us withinin the maximum of 14 days from the reception of the package.
